- Last despatch date is Tuesday 23rd December.
- We will send via DPD on a 24 hour service.
FOR NORTHERN IRELAND, HIGHLANDS & ISLANDS:
- Last despatch date is Monday 22nd December.
- We will send via DPD on a 48 hour service.

Monday 22nd : 9am - 5pm
Tuesday 23rd : 9am - 5pm
Wednesday 24th : 9am - 1:30ish
Thursday 25th Dec - Sunday 4th Jan : CLOSED
Monday 5th Jan : 9am - 5pm (back to normal!)
If I place an order during the holidays, when will it be posted?
Whilst the warehouse will be shut during the holidays (from 1:30ish on Christmas Eve up until Sunday 4th January), we will reopen on Monday 5th January and resume our busy bee status and get to work on your orders!
How do I amend or cancel my order?
If you place your order during the holidays but need to make changes or cancel, then please send us an email with your order number in the subject line, and we'll get back to you to discuss the changes before shipping anything out.

Up until 1:30ish on Wednesday 24th December we will be contactable by phone (01227 786 066) or email (thewarehouse@siestacrafts.co.uk).
After this and up until Sunday 4th January you can email us at thewarehouse@siestacrafts.co.uk and we will aim to get back to you within 48 hours ...but please bear with us if we're busy munching on mince pies and enjoying mulled wine! We will, of course, answer all emails upon our return to the warehouse on Monday 5th January.
