About this product

This stunning singing bowl has been beautifully decorated with Buddha. The entire bowl is adorned with Buddhist iconography and script etched by highly skilled Nepalese artists.

Singing bowls from Nepal are made from five metals: copper, iron, tin, lead and zinc. The major components are copper and tin which make up the bronze alloy often referred to as ‘bell metal’. The other metals are present only in very small amounts.

Each bowl comes with a complimentary beater made from a locally grown tree near to where the bowls are forged called 'Haldu' or 'Haldina'.
